What is Detailing?
Detailing is the systematic cleansing, correcting, and protecting of all surfaces and areas of your vehicle. It is a service with many intdividual stages that can take anything from 6 to 60+ hours to complete, depending on the level of service desired, the condition of the vehicle your own individual requirements.
I am interested in booking my car in for a detail, but which service should I choose?
There can be a lot of factors involved when it comes to selecting which service you require. Condition and age of vehicle, use of vehicle i.e. is the car a daily driver or a weekend treat? Is the car garaged? And of course budget & time can play a big factor in choosing a service thats best for you and your car.

My car has some battle scars i.e. car park dings, bumper scuffs and kerbed wheels, can you rectify these?
Yes, we are able to provide services that can repair most damage, from minor dents to full & part resprays if needs be.
How long will a detail take?
Depending on the service chosen, a detail can take anything from 6 hours to 60+ hours
Do you provide a mobile service?
We can, in certain circumstances, provide a mobile service, however 99% of our work is carried out from our secure unit in Godstone; this enables us to produce consistent quality work, without interruptions from such factors as the British weather!
Do you offer a pickup and collection service?
Yes we are fully insured to drive our clients vehicles, so if you require us to collect or deliver your vehicle we are able to. However we often prefer our clients to collect their vehicles once the work has been completed so they can see first hand the results of our work.
We can also arrange for both open and enclosed vehicle transporters to collect or deliver your vehicle should you require.
After having my car detailed, how long will it last?
This is one of those ‘how long is a piece of string?” question, it all comes down to aftercare; with careful and safe washing techniques (which we will happily demonstrate for you) the look can last indefinitely – however we would always recommend a refresher every 6 – 12 month (subject to vehicle usage) to remove any bonded contaminants such as road tar, bug splats, bird lime and industrial fallout.
Can you supply me with the required products to maintain my car?
Yes we are able to provide you with any product that you may wish to purchase to maintain your car, from a simple microfibre cloth to a pot of Swissvax’s finest waxes.
I am purchasing a new car, can you prepare the car at the dealership for me?
This can very much depend on the dealership, some can be less than accommodating when it comes to having 3rd parties preparing a vehicle that has been sold by them; however if they are happy for us to carry out the work onsite then we are more than happy to do so
What forms of payment do you accept?
At this current time, we accept payment by , cash, credit & debit cards via google checkout or, by prior arrangement, bank transfer.
I am ready to book my car in what is the next step?
Once you have determined the service you require, contact us with the dates you have in mind for booking your car in and we will advise on availability – please note at certain times of the year (April – September) we do tend to have long lead times, so the more notice you can provide, the more likely we are to be able to accommodate your requested dates.
