New Car Detail from £275.00 (4×4 +£100)
You’re probably wondering why would my new car need detailing – its new!
Next time you visit a dealership look carefully at the cars in the showroom.
Ask if you can see the vehicle preparation area to view, if possible, a car being prepared for collection
Sadly its very rare for new cars to be prepared to a satisfactory standards, this can be down to varying factors, from poor staff training to time restraints.
For an example of, just how badly some new cars can be prepared by a dealership, take a look at this Alfa Romeo Spider
And when you compare the cost of one of the many “never wax again” packages offered by dealers, which we have seen costing as much as £600!!, for what is effectively nothing more than an average paintwork sealant, we feel our New Car Preparation package offers fantastic value for money.
The process:
- Any transport coatings are safely removed.
- Vehicle washed using 5 stage filtered water and high quality shampoo.
- Vehicle clayed to remove any bonded contamination.
- Vehicle rinsed and re-washed, again using filtered water.
- Dried using ultra plush drying towels.
- Comprehensive paint thickness readings taken.
- A single stage machine polish carried out with a fine finishing polish – this will remove any fine swirling and increase the depth and gloss of the paintwork.
- Paint cleaner applied – this removes the polishing oils and provides a great base for the wax or sealant that will be applied – this includes all door, boot and bonnet shuts
- Application of Swissvax Shield Wax
- All exterior trim dressed
- Engine compartment dressed
- Tyres dressed to finish of your choice, from matt to high gloss.
- Glass polished and extremely durable glass sealant applied to the exterior, reducing the need for wiper use.
